What is So Wrong with Being Busy?

“Busyness is the enemy.” This is what I read all over these days. It conveys a lack of priorites, no reverence for quiet time with God, no time for your friends and family.

But what if MY busy is WITH God? WITH my friends & family? Can I be busy AND have my priorities in line?

What is so wrong with being busy?

what a month.

we have had some tough-to-read posts, encouragement posts, thought-provoking posts, change posts… a month focused on being thankful. does being thankful end when thanksgiving is over? the pie is finished. turkey soup is gone.

I work in a nursing home. Every person I work with is a reminder of how short our lives are. It can be really depressing…seeing the those who are left there…forgotten…alone.

crippled,
widowed,

lonely.
