Last week I told you that I would be sharing about paint and an update on my spring garden. The first half is true, but I did not get around to taking any photos of my spring veggie garden with all of the rain this past week. Since I did not come through on that, shared thoughts from the heart instead, and well we just have not had a giveaway in awhile I decided it was time to have another. Hi Amanda! Ok so I am subscribed, following on facebook (already was!), tweeted the message, and posted on my blog. Hope I didn’t miss anything! Oh yeah – we just pulled out an ugly old bush on the side of our front porch last fall. I have been thinking all winter what I want to plant in place of it. I have the perfect spot for this beauty ~ we had a massive tree taken down along our back fence in the fall, leaving a lovely (empty) sunny spot.
My childhood home had a beautiful lilac in the back yard and I would love to continue the tradition!
